Planned Litter Reservations

Please read our policies first before placing your reservation!

  • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your pick of an upcoming kitten litter. Please be sure you are ready to commit before placing a deposit. The full-amount due for your kitten is due at the time of pick-up. You can pay online before you pick-up your kitten, or you can pay cash in-person when you visit. 

  • Once the kittens are born, you will have your pick according to your placement on our list (see below). However, please note that we do not assign kittens until they are 5 weeks of age. Your request will be reflected on the website at that time. 

  • Our Persian kittens are priced between $1,000 to $5,000 depending on the uniqueness of the kitten and how sought after that particular type/coat is. . Rug Hugger kittens start at $2,000 and are priced up from there. Once the litter is born, if you there is not a kitten available that meets your preferences, your deposit and pick will carry over to the next litter.

  • You must have a scheduled appointment to pickup your kitten at our facility. Sorry, we do not allow visitors to our facility unless you are picking up a kitten and have a scheduled appointment.

  • Our kittens are very important to us. We are their only voice and we are responsible for their well-being. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of our kittens to anyone for any reason. We will refund deposits if necessary. 

Our Promise

Our kittens are very important to us they are born in our hands and cherished with love from birth. Our facility is attached to our home and a working farm/ranch so the kittens are with our family 24/7 from birth until they are picked up for their new home.

Your kitten is guaranteed the best care including: 

  • Weekly baths, daily grooming, daily love and play time. (All of our adult parents also receive daily grooming and attention.)
  • Excellent nutrition and care from a resident vet that we've been partnered with for over 25 years.
  • One year health guarantee against genetic defects. You will be provided with a health certificate, current vaccinations and de-worming documentation.
  • Confirmed PKD, FELV/FIV negative.
  • Well socialized with children and dogs they will come to you pre-spoiled demanding lots of love!
